How the 10% fee works
A $5,000 eligible approved increase means a $500 fee. The percentage applies to the additional approved scope, not the full claim amount. If there is no approved increase, there is no supplement handling fee.
Before work begins, your agreement identifies the starting estimate, what counts toward the increase, and when payment is due. Estimate-only work starts at $199 regardless of a carrier’s decision. Commercial and complex projects are quoted separately.
